Here are the betting lines from Sportsbook.com. I have never used any betting company, so if you have experience, good or bad, it would be good to hear about it.
Anyway, the odds seem ok. Kawajiri and Aoki are going in as huge favorites, but thats probably to be expected. If I were looking for value, I would go for Otsuka.

There are some bad sportsbook's around but Sportsbook.com and Bodog are pretty good. Especially if you only bet MMA.
I'd also add 5Dimes and Betcris to the list of excellent places to bet on MMA. They are extremely safe, have great reputations and pay on time.
