I missed the September Rankings (was looking for it, but somehow it went unnoticed). Therefore, these are the moves for the 2 past months.

Most interesting is the move in the Bantamweight division where Shoujou beat Urushitani and moves up into the #1 spot.

Bantamweight:

Hiroshi "Iron" Nakamura moved into the rankings in August, after drawing his fight against Hatsu Hioki on August 3.
