Sengoku III vs. DREAM 4

The 2 main organizations in Japan at the moment is, of course Sengoku and DREAM. They are both "new" of this year and have both had some sort of problems getting off the ground.
They are both now holding an event each, a week a part, in the same arena. As such they can be seen as direct competitors. After Sengoku I and DREAM 1, I had the feeling that the fans thought Sengoku was the favorite to fill the gap after Pride (at least they did seem to have a lot of the momentum). As time has passed, and the organizations have gotten a few more events behind them, my feeling has changed. Momentum seems to be on DREAM's side now.
But am I correct in this? What do you think? I have added a poll on the top right and would like to know which card you think is better, i.e. if you had a choice, which event would you go to? For the record, ticket prices are the same.

I think that the momentum is clearly on DREAM's side right now, but I think that the next couple of cards of SENGOKU will be better than the 2nd and 3rd, if they matchmake better (not expert grappler Kitaoka vs. no ground game Schaffa) and match up fighters in fights with some history behind it (Nakao/Fujita, Santiago/Misaki etc.).
I agree, they have some very good fighters. This is the first card in Saitama Super Arena though, I was expecting it to be special. Lets wait and see, maybe Sengoku 4 will the card to turn the momentum again.
