DREAM has announced their first fights for the Middleweight tournament. I thought Sakuraba was out, but looks like they pulled him back in... He is facing Andrews Nakahara, a Brazilian Karate specialist.
Kazushi Sakuraba 23-10-1 vs. Andrews Nakahara
Kiyoshi Tamura 28-14-0 vs. 38-12-1 Masakatsu Funaki
Denis Kang 29-9-1 vs. 20-2-1 Gegard Mousasi

I've never heard of Sakuraba's opponent, looks like they just gave him a nobody so make sure he'll advance to the next round. And i'm ok with that lol. Also the Kiyoshi Tamura vs. Funaki fight should be good. I'm also really excited to see Dennis Kang it in the tournament! But i'll definately be rooting for my favorite fighter of all time SAKU!
Yes, Moussasi is in the tournament!
But why is he matched up with Kang? Those two guys are probably in my Top 4.
Probably want to make sure a couple Japanese fighters make the finals.
Hope they can get another US fighter in the mix like they did with Eddie Alvarez in LW.

Mousasi will be hard to beat in this.
There will be a lot of good match-ups for the japanese fans on this. Sakuraba is big no matter who he fights, but lots of people have been waiting for him to fight tamura.
